In the past month, our crews have worked diligently and the following is the current status of our work zones:
Depot Street between Cutler Street and Irish Street, the underground work portion of this block has been completed. It is currently open to local traffic until our crews are able to begin concrete work in this block. Please proceed with caution around the fenced off sewer drains. The Federal Courthouse and the Post Office will remain accessible from the Cutler Street side of the block.
Depot Street between Irish Street and Main Street will remain closed as crews continue with the installation of curb, gutter, and sidewalks. It’s exciting to see the surface level installations take shape as you are able to start to see the layout of the street take form. The Silva Cells have been completely installed since our last update. No disruption of utility services is expected during these installations.
Depot Street between Main Street and College Street will remain accessible to local traffic but closed to through traffic. The intersection of College Street and Depot Street is open. Academy Street is also open and accessible. Please use caution while accessing this area.

Our concrete crews are also on site, with the goal of pouring new concrete slabs every day! It's extremely exciting to see this take shape and we're excited for the whole block to be much more accessible and walkable in the near future. Check it out!
