Fill out and submit this form to register your team for the upcoming Easter Photo Scavenger Hunt!
Upon submission, you will receive an email to the address submitted with additional information. Forms must be completed and submitted before the scavenger hunt deadline, April 25th @ 2pm, to qualify as a registered team. At least one team member must be an adult (18 years or older) and be involved in the completion of this form. Thank you and we'll see you downtown!
